Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Analyze existing structures to determine patching techniques and materials.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers on concrete integrity assessments.
  • Research and select appropriate patching materials that meet industry standards.
  • Ensure materials are suitable for specific project environments.
  • Refine concrete patching processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement best practices in mixing, application, and curing techniques.
  • Establish quality control measures to meet project specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work and finished patches.
  • Monitor patching application performance over time.
  • Gather data to enhance future project methods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop safety protocols and provide training to minimize risks.
  • Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring effective communication.
  • Provide training and mentorship on safety measures and technical skills.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.
  • Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding project progress.
  • Prepare reports on project outcomes and lessons learned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in a production or plant engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
