We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our portfolio of commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain maximum retention of existing book by delivering exceptional client service
- Organize and attend internal renewal strategy meetings
- Attend external client meetings as required
- Respond promptly to client emails and telephone calls
- Prepare all client services documents (i.e., Renewal Summaries, Proposals, Underwriting Submissions)
This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other partners.
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Level 2 Insurance License
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Lines, preferably in construction
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP or CRM designation is an asset
