Job Title

National Partnerships Manager is a role that involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives.

  • This position is based in the Greater Sydney area and supports Breakthru's national footprint.
About the Role

This Senior-level Business Development and Sales role drives new business, builds strong pipelines, and works closely with local teams to turn insights into action.

The National Partnership Manager will play a key role in driving meaningful change and supporting the development of a more inclusive and equitable workforce across Australia.

Key Responsibilities Include
  1. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives.
  2. Expand and nurture community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity.
  3. Lead efforts to attract new clients, actively promoting Breakthru as a trusted service that supports people with disability to achieve their career goals.
  4. Contribute to strategic planning by analysing market trends and providing actionable, data-driven insights.
  5. Optimise CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities.
  6. Coach and support local teams to enhance employer engagement and improve career outcomes for clients.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert, driving national growth by shaping strategic partnerships and identifying emerging opportunities.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Human Services related field, or relevant experience.
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools to drive performance.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community impact.
  • Current Driver's License - Essential.
