
Full-Time Part-Time Administration Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and positive part-time administrator to join our national multidisciplinary allied health organisation in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administration skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
About us:
Our team delivers evidence-based early intervention and therapy services and supports to children and their families across the country.
The role of the Administrator:
- Act as the first point of contact for families reaching out to our service
- Make and manage appointments for therapists
- Collect patient information, maintain privacy, and ensure accurate data entry
- Build rapport with clients and families
- Process NDIS claims and other accounts and invoicing duties
- Assist therapists with administration tasks relevant to therapy
Requirements:
- Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with practice management software, Medicare, and Eftpos (advantageous)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Proactive approach to quality improvement
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Compliance - Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, CPR, and First Aid certificate required
