Customer Service Assistant Job Description\

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, assisting with food preparation and serving, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner\
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning of the dining area\
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to food safety practices and reporting any issues to management\
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to residents\
  • Monitor food quality and quantity and report any issues to management\
  • Deliver mail and messages to residents as required\
  • Perform other related duties as required\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate\
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (desirable)\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Knowledge of kitchen and cleaning processes, standards, systems, and equipment\
  • Current Flu Vaccination\
  • COVID + Booster vaccination\
  • National Police Check\
