Job Description

We are seeking a retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, creating a positive work environment, and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance.
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor stockroom organization to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
