Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

This is a leadership opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to manage and maximize the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a customer-centric environment that delivers service excellence and achieves business objectives.
  • Help train and coach the store team to deliver consistent store standards.
  • Maintain high levels of sales performance and manage costs effectively.
Requirements:
  • A leader with a hands-on approach who has a natural love for animals and people.
  • At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer.
  • Strong retail management/supervision experience with a minimum of 1 year in management.
  • Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement.
