Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full Time Supervisor. As a Full Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervisory assistance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

You will provide knowledgeable and caring advice on pet wellness products, build relationships with customers, and train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence.

  • Provide supervisory assistance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Offer expert advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Train and coach the store team
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Open and close the store with associated security tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations
  • Advise customers on pet wellness products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Coach and train store team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

A natural love for animals and people is essential for this role. You should also have at least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer.

Additionally, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Friendly, patient, and eager to help
  • Organised and detail-oriented
