Job Title

A professional in client delivery and support.

The role involves driving the delivery and support of critical services, enterprise applications, and tools within time, scope, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a service strategy that aligns with business objectives
  2. Improve helpdesk and support processes to increase efficiency and quality
  3. Manage financials for projects, including budget forecasting and profit/loss statements for clients
  4. Coordinate resourcing, tracking, and managing activities and deliverables to achieve outcomes
  5. Ensure services meet client and supplier obligations within service level agreements
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision and ensure alignment with technical and business strategies
  7. Organize, equip, and assess team readiness to support business goals, identifying gaps and building plans accordingly
  8. Support sales teams in developing product specifications and quote activities
  9. Maintain strong client relationships, improve client satisfaction, and align service strategy with client needs
  10. Coach and motivate service delivery managers and staff to enhance performance and end-user satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  2. Release management and build experience, understanding the impact of delivering complex software changes in a production environment
  3. Experience in enterprise software implementations, business management, IT, systems integration consulting, and design
  4. Proven ability to prioritize work effectively and make release content decisions, understanding client impacts and needs
  5. Strong understanding of client support processes, tools, and metrics, with a commitment to success
  6. Ability to manage, lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
