Job Title: Category Manager Nutrition

  • Category Strategy and Planning:

As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing category growth through shopper, customer, and channel insights.

With expertise in market data, you will aid in allocating trade spend budget, develop promo and pricing plans, and navigate forecasts with the CD team.

  • Customer-Facing Category Strategies:

Aid in the development of Unilever's strategy for the Foods business and relevant sub-categories.

Help develop and translate customer & shopper insights into opportunities with Marketing and Customer Development (CD).

Partner with Customer Teams to ensure insights and category growth plans are executed with excellence.

Actively contribute to Innovation target setting and business cases.

  • Operational Lead for Categories:

Help generate analysis to support S&OP process and own the forecast.

Deliver short-term (in-year) forecast and optimize TTS investment to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include Turnover growth, profit, market share, and trade spend targets.
