Job Description:

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will develop strong relationships with key customer IT decision-makers to drive long-term cloud adoption within their company.

You will provide feedback and insights from customers/partners back to the relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement.

You will deliver excellence by owning your committed pipeline and ensuring delivery in alignment with customer expectations.

You will identify opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision-makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale.

You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions, governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment.

Responsibilities include delivering all work according to Microsoft best practices and policies, demonstrating a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals, and accelerating customer outcomes by engaging in relevant communities to share expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, database systems, data analytics, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
