We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the ICT services and infrastructure team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud-based solutions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to cutting-edge projects that support our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable cloud hosting platforms using industry-leading technologies.
  • Build and deploy Azure DevOps pipelines and configure resources within Azure subscriptions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for business applications infrastructure hosted in Azure, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Manage virtual infrastructure and cloud data factories to ensure seamless integration and high-performance operation.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform code libraries/modules using Agile development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver cloud-based solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing complex production deployments in Azure Cloud environments.
  • Strong administration skills in Microsoft cloud services such as M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Federal Government environments, ensuring compliance with IT security standards (e.g., ACSC Essential 8).
  • Proficiency in producing high-quality technical documentation for application deployment and infrastructure services.
  • Ability to ensure compliance and governance in managing infrastructure change requests.
