Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 5-star customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer
  • Work towards achieving retail sales targets and contribute to the success of our store
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Perform administrative and online duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent retail customer service skills
  • Previous experience in sales or a goal-driven environment is desirable
  • Experience in a beauty retail store environment is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings and late nights
  • Availability to work public holidays
