As a Beauty Consultant with Clinique, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. With a passion for beauty and a talent for building relationships, you will work closely with our team to create a welcoming and inspiring in-store environment that educates, delights, and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and authentic customer service to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a visually appealing store environment and achieve high standards of visual merchandising
• Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and management
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

Requirements:

• Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
