You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that the store is always looking its absolute best. This includes maintaining a thorough understanding of Tom Ford's brand identity and aesthetic, and ensuring that all visual elements of the store are consistent with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our discerning clients
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Tom Ford's products and services, including our latest beauty trends and techniques
  • Play a key role in driving sales and achieving our business objectives
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store is always looking its absolute best
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including providing personalized advice and recommendations

Requirements:
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of beauty products and services, including the latest trends and techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

As a Beauty Consultant with Tom Ford, you can expect to earn an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This is a part-time role, working a maximum of 20 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
