The Director of Nursing is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership of nursing services at our health service. Working in close collaboration with the Executive Director of Clinical Operations, you will lead the development of clinical policies, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in care standards.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with:
- Proven leadership capabilities at a senior level
- Experience managing and leading teams in acute and/or aged care settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
This is a permanent full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight including an ADO each 4 weeks. You will receive a salary of $71.53 per hour plus superannuation. Our employees enjoy a range of benefits including:
