About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious nursing leader to spearhead high-performing nursing teams at our cancer centre locations.
This pivotal role oversees advanced services, including radiation therapy, minor procedures, and superficial radiation therapy.
The successful candidate will drive clinical excellence, mentor nursing staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, retaining, and developing staff
- Contribute expert advice and share contemporary nursing knowledge and professional standards
- Optimise resource allocation and workflow management processes
- Liaise with external stakeholders to build partnerships
About You
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, personable, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional patient care.
Skills & Experience:
- Hold current registration with AHPRA
- Possess a postgraduate nursing or management degree (or working towards)
- Demonstrate leadership experience in a nursing environment
- Recent experience in oncology nursing, ideally in an outpatient and inpatient setting
