This role offers a unique career opportunity for passionate individuals with a Certificate III in Individual Support, where you will collaborate with the care team to provide consistent and high-quality resident care and support.

As a Care Champion, your responsibilities will include maintaining a schedule of check-ins, communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff team members, and demonstrating the values that foster a culture of kindness, curiosity, and great care.

Key requirements for this position include strong verbal communication skills, good care knowledge, strong customer service skills, knowledge of compliance requirements, and up-to-date mandatory learning. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent is required, along with a COVID-19 vaccine certificate.

Our recruitment process involves completing video-based questions on the role, which can be taken on a mobile device and redone multiple times if necessary.
