Learning Management System Coordinator RoleThis position involves leading the Learning Management System (LMS) from setup to maintenance, ensuring smooth employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage LMS setup, content updates, quality checks, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Provide learning-related support to employees for seamless onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes, process improvements, and testing.
- Maintain self-service resources, ensuring timely access to necessary information.
- Previous experience as a Learning Administrator or similar role.
- Confidence working with Learning Management Systems and related software.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
