This is a 9-month contracting opportunity based in the CBD that supports Origin's learning experience within the People & Culture Talent team.

Overview

Origin Energy is transforming how we deliver energy, with our People & Culture team at the heart of enabling learning experiences for our people.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) from set-up, content updates and quality checks, through troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Resolve learning-related enquiries and support onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate with P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes, process improvements and testing.
  • Keep content fresh and update learning modules, maintain self-service resources, and ensure the right information is in the right place at the right time.
  • Enable the business and wider Talent initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a Learning Administrator or similar role.
  • Confidence working with P&C systems such as LMS, SuccessFactors, SNOW or similar.
  • An eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
