Lead Operations Manager
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations across departments, ensuring operational excellence and team development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within the disability or community services sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational guidance across all departments including service delivery, HR, compliance, finance, and administration.
- Oversee and support department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Foster a high-performing work environment aligned with our values.
- Ensure all services meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is essential for this role. Strong understanding of NDIS and relevant regulatory frameworks. Exceptional people management and team leadership skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
