We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and reconciling invoices, approving vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving invoice issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and reconcile construction and non-construction invoices using established processes and standards.
  • Approve vendor invoices to ensure compliance with contract provisions, reviewing timesheets, equipment charges, and construction order requirements for prompt payments.
  • Verify the accuracy of work order materials, labor, and equipment by ensuring actual field construction matches vendor invoiced amounts.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders regarding rejected invoices.

  • Independently resolve invoice issues.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of two years of related work experience.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Excellent prioritization skills to manage workload effectively.
