Role Summary

A key component in our financial operations, the Deal Processor is responsible for managing complete processing from contract to ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Processing: Manage the entire deal cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Documentation Oversight: Verify all documentation is provided, rectify any oversights or errors, and ensure compliance.
  • Financial Calculations: Accurately calculate profit and commissions payable.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with Sales Managers to achieve agreed results and maintain smooth operations.
  • System Management: Process transactions, reconcile associated accounts, and manage sale & cost of sale accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in automotive deal processing or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Proficiency in DMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
