We are requiring a qualified technician who can service our customers by :

Providing relevant and detailed diagnostic and repair information to owners.

Ensuring that repairs are undertaken at a very high level of efficiency and productivity.

Diagnostic experience across a wide range of Mazda and other manufacturer systems and components

Ensuring very accurate time clocking and allocation of labour to individual tasks.

Skills & Experience :

Qualified Automotive Technician

Master Technician qualification (highly regarded)

Manufacturer Technician qualifications (highly regarded)

Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge

Can do attitude and a willingness to help everyone

Direct involvement in delivering customer service excellence

Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner

Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work in a team environment & contribute to dealership goals / targets

The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Ability to mentor apprentices

Drivers license mandatory

Able to drive auto and manual vehicles

Reliable and consistent in nature
