Automotive Workshop Operations Manager

The Service Workshop is a high-volume fast-paced service center focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the continuity of repairs and servicing workload
- Supporting the team to achieve operational efficiency targets
- Monitoring and following up on Fix it Right processes for complete customer satisfaction
- Guiding apprentices through the Toyota Apprentice Program
- Cultivating clear and open communication between Technicians and Service Advisors
- Assisting with repair explanations when required with customers
- Maintaining a productive working environment within the workshop
- Monitoring, recording, and identifying causes of vehicle carryover and reworks
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safe work practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work within tight repair time schedules. Franchised Dealership Foreman or Senior Technician experience is highly desirable.
