Inclusive Employment and Support Lead

About the RoleThis position involves leading a team of Employment Coaches in supporting employees with disabilities or other barriers to employment. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing induction, goal development, and NDIS plan preparation
- Ensuring effective use of NDIS funding and aligning workforce planning with business needs
- Mentoring and guiding Employment Coaches in person-centred, rights-based employment supports
- Leading learning and professional development across the site, including training of Employment Coaches and employees
- Advocating for inclusive employment policies and representing the organization at forums and expos
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field
- Desirable qualification of a bachelor's degree in social work or similar
- Experience in disability support, social work, adult education, or supported employment
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and NDIS standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and client safety systems
- Ability to obtain Blue Card, Yellow Card, and National Police Certificate
