**Job Title:** Heavy Vehicle Technician


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic workshop environment as a skilled Heavy Vehicle Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heavy rigid trucks and waste vehicles.


About the Role:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks on heavy rigid trucks and waste vehicles
  • Assist with the fitment and modification of mechanical systems
  • Perform occasional welding and fabrication tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment

You will have the opportunity to expand your experience in heavy vehicle systems and work in a collaborative team environment. A trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics or Fitting is essential, along with a strong mechanical aptitude and safety-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on heavy rigid trucks and waste vehicles
  • Assisting with the fitment and modification of mechanical systems

Requirements:
  • Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic or Fitter
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-focused mindset
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
