Machine Operator

APG Workforce is currently seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our fast-paced team. This opportunity provides a chance for those who want to be part of a dynamic environment with ongoing work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, set up, and troubleshoot machinery efficiently.
  • Perform changeovers according to established protocols.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure product excellence.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
  • Undertake cleaning and general production tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Machine Operator in FMCG is essential.
  • Able to learn quickly with a strong work history.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with meat and poultry products.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Physical capability to lift 15-20 kg.
  • Flexible with start and finish times.
  • Hold full work rights with no restrictions.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks.
  • Own reliable transport is mandatory.
  • Hold full rights to work in Australia. No Student Visa's accepted.
