Job Title

As a Sales Engineer, you will lead sales efforts by providing top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for clients via various channels. Participate in project bidding—responsible for solution design, technical support, and bidding documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies concerning products and underlying technologies.
  • Collect and organize market information on PV and ESS markets.
  • Follow local grid code requirements and standards.
  • Support marketing analysis, including customer feedback and competitor information.
  • Maintain strong customer rapport and provide excellent communication.
  • Maintain sales volume with existing and new clients by offering best products, price, and solutions.
  • Build relationships between the company and existing/new clients.
  • Act as public speaker and public relations representative to strengthen company profile.
