Hotel Leadership OpportunityPan Pacific Hotels Group seeks a dynamic leader to head our dedicated team in achieving commercial, service and cultural goals. The successful applicant will be an energetic, personable, and natural team player with the ability to foster a strong culture, inspire teams and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational departments ensuring seamless hotel operations.
  • Establish strong relationships with functional leaders to support strategy execution.
  • Ensure guest services are effectively delivered upholding quality standards and promoting distinctiveness while maintaining cost effectiveness.
  • Play an active role in guest service particularly engaging with VIP clients and supporting service recovery situations.
  • Collaborate with Country General Manager to address key property issues.
  • Enhance skills and capabilities of associates through coaching and professional development.
Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in senior hotel leadership roles preferably with Food & Beverage background and aspiration to become hotel General Manager.

Applicant should demonstrate ability to inspire others build culture and lead with empathy.

Exceptional guest service skills combined with ability to proactively engage with guests are required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
