  • Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and rostering
  • Implement promotions to increase occupancy and sales
  • Analyse data to make strategic decisions for maximum revenue per available room (RevPAR)
  • Maintain a guest-focused approach, ensuring service standards and satisfaction remain high
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated operational and financial management experience within a hotel environment
  • Strategic leadership experience with a focus on accountability and staff engagement
  • A proven track record of maintaining product and service standards while maximising revenue and minimising expenses
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with guests, owners, and staff
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Ability to build and maintain local market partnerships
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
