**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Coordinator/Planner to join our team in **Gepps Cross SA.** You will be responsible for providing comprehensive FST (Field Service Technician) scheduling and support service to the team in Darwin, NT and Gepps Cross, Adelaide to respond to the needs of internal and external customers in a timely and professional way.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Schedule and deploy technicians to customer sites for conducting audits, on site repair, testing and certification safety products
- Identify and assess customer requirements and needs with a can do attitude
- Ensure delivery expectations are managed and met on time

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated Planning and Scheduling experience
- A passion in Sales or Customer Service with proven experience
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word and App based programmes)
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Lifting, Rigging &/or Safety supply business will be an advantage but not necessary (Training Provided)
- A confident multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
