Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Employment Consultant to join our team in Goulburn and Yass regions. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic caseload management and securing employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and complete administrative duties as required.
  • Confidently approach employers to secure vacancies and explain the service.
  • Deliver caseload management that is tailored to the needs of each individual.
  • Utilize up-to-date equipment, including a dedicated work laptop, to ensure accurate and efficient administrative tasks.
