At Generation Health Group, we're seeking an experienced and ambitious rehabilitation consultant to join our team as a Lead Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career and work directly with our national leadership team in a hybrid consultant/management position.

About the Role

As a Lead Consultant, you will manage a reduced portfolio delivering market-leading case management services, utilizing your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to support individuals who have suffered from a diverse range of injuries, illnesses, or trauma. You will also have the opportunity to work with clients across various schemes, including the Australian Defence Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a reduced portfolio of case management services
  • Support clients across various schemes, including the Australian Defence Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
  • Work directly with the leadership team to coach and mentor early-career Rehabilitation Consultants
  • Drive customer growth across the region through best practice account management and new business development

Requirements
  • Ambitious with leadership aspirations
  • Experience working as a rehabilitation consultant
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning and passion to help people rehabilitate
