Media Campaign Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Campaign Lead to drive impactful media campaigns that deliver brand success.

As a trusted advisor to our supplier partners, you will leverage your expertise to develop tailored solutions and achieve their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by securing investment from existing and new suppliers, converting their marketing budgets into successful campaigns.
  • Develop and execute effective retail media campaigns for brands using data and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with category teams to understand their needs, report on campaign performance, and align on priorities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for assigned categories.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for sales and leads, maintaining alignment with campaign goals and business strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Sales and Account Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the retail media landscape and ability to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of growing multi-channel media sales.
  • Passion for the diverse brands within the industry.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
