Customer Service Role

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our team. As a client-facing role, you will play an important part in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and ensuring they have an optimal experience
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with ease
  • Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics efficiently
  • Handling phone calls and responding to emails promptly
  • Billing clients correctly and processing payments accurately
  • Learning and proficiently using a range of software applications
Requirements
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Focus on results and delivering the best possible outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic maintenance
