General Practitioner Supervisor Opportunity

The role of General Practitioner Supervisor is a key position within our group of practices, providing clinical leadership and mentorship to registrars under the PEP Specialist Stream, AGPT or FSP pathways.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervising registrars in a supportive environment.
  • Developing and implementing chronic disease management plans (GPMPs/TCAs) to optimize patient care.
  • Providing preventative health services, including women's and men's health initiatives.
  • Performing minor procedures within scope, adhering to medical guidelines and regulations.
  • Delivering high-quality paediatric care to patients of all ages.
  • Creating mental health care plans and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Offering telehealth services and ensuring continuity of aftercare for patients.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner with AHPRA Specialist Registration (FRACGP or FACRRM), RACGP/ACRRM Supervisor Accreditation, and a strong interest in education and mentorship. Our ideal candidate will be committed to team-based, community-focused care and possess excellent communication skills.
