Aged Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Aged Care Support Specialist to deliver essential support to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Your role is vital to the well-being of those in your care. You will provide physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living tasks, including mobility, meals, and personal care.

- Maintaining the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives, and staff, and ensuring that all interaction with residents and their representatives are treated confidentially.
- Undertaking and completing tasks as delegated by Registered Nurse.
You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. If you have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, and are willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights, then this may be the opportunity for you.
