Job Description

A Clinical Specialist will deliver clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of the health sector. They will provide clinical and case management support to older clients of the mental health services to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the older persons environment as well as non-clinical support workers in the community to coordinate a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.

  • Deliver expert care within Community Mental Health by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality services consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Develop and implement individualized case plans that address the unique needs and goals of older clients.

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications: Possess a degree in Psychology or a related field, and be registered with the relevant professional body.

Skills and Experience: Proven experience in delivering clinical services to older adults, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
