Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring a warm welcome for clients and staff, fostering a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently managing incoming calls, routing them to the relevant parties and resolving issues promptly.
  • Streamlining fax distribution through electronic means.
  • Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of mail, ensuring timely preparation and despatch.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, maintaining their cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Maintaining a tidy and well-organised kitchen space, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Supporting with various requirements including catering, stationery, and IT needs.

  • Superb communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising effectively and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Projecting a professional image and possessing a polished telephone manner.
