Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a clinical resource, demonstrating advanced knowledge across perioperative services.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor staff to promote professional growth and excellence in care delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement Programs aligned with organisational strategies.
  • Deliver comprehensive and patient-focused nursing care to achieve optimal outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical expertise in perioperative nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient- and team-focused approach.

You will also possess:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Anaesthetics.
  • Proven leadership experience within your specialty area and/or a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Prioritise maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • In accordance with the role, we may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
