Job Opportunity

The role of the Director encompasses leading and managing pre-school operations, reporting to the Principal and Deputy Principal. The position oversees all pre-school staff and places a strong emphasis on play-based learning.

  • Overseeing all pre-school staff
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Early Childhood from a recognised University
  • Accreditation with NESA and a valid Working With Children Check
  • Nominated Supervisor in an Early Childhood Service or leadership position in an Early Childhood Service
  • Proven ability in policy creation, strategic planning, communication, administration, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, team leadership and management of staff
