Our Early Childhood Centre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education services, while providing a supportive and inclusive environment for staff and families.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional who can manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that we meet all legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Quality Improvement Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members;
  • Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators;
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently;
  • Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA;
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting;
  • Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
