Early Childhood Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Early Childhood Director to lead our team of educators and support staff. As the head of our Pre-school, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with experience in policy creation, strategic planning, and communication. You will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving our goals.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Pre-school
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and education
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Education Team to develop and implement curriculum programs

This role requires a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, as well as relevant experience in a similar position. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role in early childhood education
  • Strong understanding of legislation related to the operation of an early education and care service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
