We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Qlik Developer (Architect)/Designer. They will be responsible for analysing business processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology, and recommending and implementing solutions that enable us to achieve our goals.

  • Work closely with the business to derive the business requirements and accurately articulate the requirements to enable internal and external parties to deliver the outcome.
  • Manage the business expectations and consistently provide feedback on delivery. Ensure business sign-off is achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives, and manage projects through an Agile approach.
  • Monitor data integrity of reporting and data management systems.
  • Provide knowledge and guidance to business users for business driver KPIs and business trends.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Expert Qlik Developer (Architect)/Designer knowledge.
  • Qlik Certified or willing to achieve certification within 6 months.
  • Strong Data Warehouse and ETL skills essential.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
