Business Analyst Opportunity

About the Role:

Taking the lead as a Business Analyst in our team, you will be tasked with delivering quality service to customers by identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to drive business results. Your analytical skills will enable you to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse complex data sets to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain management KPI reporting using Excel and Power BI environments
- Deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct commercial analysis to support decision-making
- Improve financial insight into operational performance
- Enhance accuracy of weekly and monthly P&L reports
- Prepare volume and revenue reports for tenders
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and modelling as required
- Prepare metrics and insights for key initiatives

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Business Administration
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and report development using Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information
