Venue Operations Manager

As a key player in our expansion strategy, this role is pivotal to the success of our NSW venues.
About the Position: Venue Operations ManagerYou will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and fostering an environment that prioritizes exceptional customer experiences.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve labour efficiency
- Collaborating with venue leaders to track key metrics, including sales, COGs, labour, and profit & loss results
- Ensuring seamless communication between venues and the support team
- Overseeing new venue launches to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Identifying local marketing opportunities and partnering with our marketing leader to implement effective campaigns
