Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our flagship store in the Brisbane metro area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the Skechers brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations Management: Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and Team-Building Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
