We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Athlete to join our retail team. As an Athlete, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

• Deliver Premium Customer Service: Provide a world-class customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
• Build Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Nike products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
• Stock Management: Replenish and maintain stock levels, ensuring that products are always available for customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Previous Retail Experience: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Product Knowledge: A passion for Nike products and a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Availability: Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including one day between Monday-Thursday and two days across Friday-Sunday.
