We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants in our Harbour Town QLD Outlet store. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the hero of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences with your boundless energy and enthusiasm.
You will be part of an incredible team, making memories, and having a blast in our fun and fast-paced environments. Working with premium products means you will be at the forefront of sneaker culture, always in the know about the latest releases and hottest trends.
You won't just be selling shoes; you will be creating moments that customers will cherish forever. Whether they are searching for the perfect pair for a special occasion or just want to rock their style, you will be there to make it happen.

The Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
- Work part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Process large volumes of stock.
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders.
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
- Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers.
Requirements:
- Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
- Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
